Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 5-day return/replacement window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us at farmersmoo.horeca@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
- The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Returns/Replacements Will Be Accepted Only If:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product packaging is tampered with or not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired before the date of delivery.
If your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address. You will be informed about the pickup schedule in advance.
Replacement Timeline
Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.
Delivery-Related Issues
Any delivery-related issue, including missing, damaged, or incorrect products, must be reported within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
Farmersmoo reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or incorrect customer information.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- The amount generally reflects within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
